1. Notice Period

Students must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

2. Late Cancellations

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full session rate.

3. No-Shows

If a student does not attend a scheduled session without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and charged in full.

4. Emergency Exceptions

We understand that emergencies happen. In genuine emergency situations (e.g., illness), exceptions may be made at the discretion of AB Tutoring.

5. Tutor Cancellations

If AB Tutoring needs to cancel a session, students will be offered a rescheduled session or full credit/refund.

6. Late Arrivals

If a student arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Full session fees apply.
